We have modeled our company to support and work with small to large scale steel construction projects in the wider Wellington region. This includes the Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Porirua, Kapiti, Wairarapa, and Wellington.
ESTIMATING
We can directly quote from drawings & 3D models by using our customized software system for complete workflow analysis and planning.
SHOP DRAWINGS
Reliable and accurate shop drawings are important and they are also the starting point for our quality assurance process. All drawings are prepared with Advanced Steel 3D CAD software
FABRICATION
Our 800m2 workshop enables us to process assemblies up to 25m in length, 5.5m wide and 6 tonne in weight. CNC plate cutting, machining & cutting means items are processed quickly, accurately without the need to wait for 3rd party suppliers for parts.
INSTALLATION
•Our site crews working with the support of our workshop are able to erect structures safely and cost effectively using the latest 3D scanning software collaborated with BIM to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Machinery & Plant
With our fleet of trucks, Hiab, cranes, stud welding and access MEWP plant. All plant & machinery come with fully trained and competent operators.
